Molly was raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional life when she was thirteen, at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Then she was nominated as one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. After making her Broadway debut at just 15, she reprised this role and won an award from the Drama League Award. Molly was also in Broadway to perform in the reprise in Fiddler on the Roof. When she graduated of Princeton University, where she was awarded the degree of B.A. on Religion and was a Triangle Club member, Molly was a student at Princeton University. in Religious Studies. In the same time, she made her film debut in Disney The College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. Molly's career continued after leaving college with various Off Broadway productions, including the most notable was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked on television as a character in Royal Pains as well as the HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of regional productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington Stage Company's production and North Shore Music Theatre's production of 2008 as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she played Anne. Molly is best known for playing Ali, a teenage daughter in Paranormal Activity 2, a film that was released in 2010.
