Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best well-known for her powerful but weak character. Linney was born into an theatre-loving family, with her father, Romulus Linney writing plays. Linney earned her bachelor's degree at Brown University, and then went on to study at Arts Theatre School Moscow. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. She started performing immediately in the city on Broadway receiving awards for roles such as Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
